Account Manager

Job Descriptions:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and winning new business for our outsourced accounting services. Candidate will focus 100% of his/her time on attracting new business opportunities for our accounting and bookkeeping plans, outsourced controllers plan , financials software implementation, Tax Services, Non-profit Services, business plan preparation, business credit foundation service etc.

Specific job duties include:

  • Prospecting for New Clients
  • Online demo of our services to potential clients
  • Proposal writing/Engagement management
  • Clients and marketplace research
  • Client meeting follow-up & qualification
  • Presentation/demonstration creation
  • New Business administrative support
  • Sales Pipeline reporting
  • Management of current accounts

Skills / Qualifications:

  • BS degree students in Accounting or Business Administration and relevant 1-2 years experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including proofreading, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ideally someone that has experience in consultative selling
  • Good time management, organizational and ”multi-tasking” skills
  • Team player that does what it takes to get the job done
  • Represents Accountiviti in a professional manner in line with company strategy and direction
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial software technology, including industry trends, key players, terminology and overall economics of the marketplace
  • Must be great with telemarketing phone calls and must not be intimidated to call potentials customers
  • Ability to meet monthly sales goals and targets
  • Ability to use Customer Relationship Management Software
